Legs Off Duty provides free tracked shipping to U.S. delivery addresses accepted at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships. Carrier tracking may not display its first update immediately.

Delivery timing can vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@legsoffduty.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

Arrival Problems

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact support@legsoffduty.com within seven days after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. We cover approved return or replacement costs for confirmed arrival problems.
